Kenneth reached out to us in order to add some insulation to his garage attic in order to help sell the house. After Charlie, our Home Comfort Specialist, investigated he confirmed that some more insulation should be added to be up to code for the area. The next step was to send out Insulation Installers, Jason and Ever, to add cellulose onto the current insulation. This way, the cellulose gets into more cracks within the current insulation while also adding more R-value. Once the insulation was installed, the job was done!   Kenneth was very pleased with the work!

This Bethesda homeowner called in after we had done work in his attic and noted that his heat pump is not efficient. After an inspection from our Home Comfort Specialist, Jonathan, it was determined that the unit is too old to try to fix up and that replacing it would be the way to go. With that, our HVAC Installers, Damian and Colby, went out and after greeting the homeowner, started to remove the old unit. Once the old unit is out, it is time to bring in the new unit and connecting it to the existing ductwork. After a long day of work, the new unit is in and works perfectly!    This happy homeowner noticed a difference before the installers had even left! Another happy customer!

This homeowner recently got a new roof and while it was being done, wanted to match the new roof with some new insulation in the attic! They called into our office and scheduled an estimate with one of our Home Comfort Specialists, Jonathan. After the energy test was completed, it was found that his home was very leaky and the insulation level was currently too low. We were able to get our crew out to him quick and started work right away. The first step Alex and his crew took to prep the attic was using a one-part spray foam to seal the top plates within the attic so that no conditioned air leaks out. Then they installed baffles, flags and measure sticks to finish the attic work. Once we were finished prepping, the blow truck lead by Jason showed up and began to install new blown-in cellulose. With the new cellulose installed, the job was complete!   The homeowner noticed a huge difference in his energy bill and thanked the Complete Home Solutions team for helping him!

This homeowner added an addition to his home and needed some insulation installed. He called us and we were able to get Jonathan, one of our Home Comfort Specialists, out to figure out what we could do for him. Once there, Jonathan recommended that we spray foam the walls and ceiling to seal the addition while also acting as an insulator. Once everything was scheduled and ready to move forward, Logan and his crew showed up to apply the spray foam! We made sure to add 2-3 inches on the walls and 5-6 inches on the ceiling, this way, there is no air leakage and there is the proper amount of R-value installed. Once it was finished, the crew scraped any excess spray and cleaned up.    Since we completed the job, the homeowner has finished his addition and noted how comfy the addition feels!
