James started his journey in home improvement working at Lowe's, while pursuing a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Upon graduation, James switched his focus to information technology. He worked as a freelance consultant for several companies and trained others in the use of newly released soft-ware. Seeing some of the technology advancements in heating and air conditioning field, he felt his the skills would be best used in the industry. James made a return to home improvement by joining Alber Service Company as as installation technician. Throughout his time here, he has handled numerous equipment installations, insulated many attics and crawlspaces, and generally spent countless hours in our customers home making them more comfortable and energy efficient.

I cannot be happier with the service and the crew that was here for the week. They worked very efficiently, were friendly, careful of the living space and cleaned up nicely. I initially reached out to Albers for their assistance with determining the costs for updating the insulation in our house and they did a fantastic job with providing me a detailed quote as well as assisting me with finding various funding sources to facilitate paying for it. We ultimately did not go with that project and instead looked to replace our HVAC system which was old enough to run for President. Albers was right there with us and ably assisted us by finding a heat pump that was twice (or more) as efficient as our previous system. This allowed us to switch to more electric instead of natural gas for heating. The costs for such a project are significant, but Albers connected us to a variety of loans available through the utility companies. Thanks to their assistance, we will be able to afford paying for the new system over a course of 10 years with a 0% interest rate. The install itself was very easy. Albers handled coordinating the HVAC and electrical technicians to complete the work and I just had to clear the space for them. Phenomenal work! Highly recommend.

Our sales rep Mike was outstanding and very knowledgeable in all areas. Mike went well above my expectations when I texted him a message the night our work was completed. At 7:30 I turned our AC unit on for our 2nd floor and it did not come on. Mike was home eat dinner, but got back dressed and got to our house around 8:00 and fixed the issue. Unbelievable customer service.
