We never had a follow up. I understood he would be back the following Tuesday but no show. We subsequently went on vacation and are back now so I hope to hear from him again.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
the oven is emitting a lot of CO2
and the water heater is expensive to run
I like that health issues were explained in addition to the energy audit.
