Did a good job presenting the home energy audit to us; actually made it interesting. Staff was very informative, even the trainees positively contributed to the process. Joel was very pleasant to deal with and we never felt pressured to choose the most expensive options. Worked well with our contractors in terms of scheduling and cooridnation.
