We had a long standing problem with a dual split AC. We finally realized that the service people were not in a position to negotiate with us about how to resolve the issue, so we called and talked with Hal. We came up with a compromise that I think was fair to all. We now have a functioning AC.
We have a platinum plan that is well worth the money. All our heating and cooling units are covered, so that whenever we have a problem, Halco comes to fix it. We think it is a great service.
