Service is great.. First year there was ever a glitch in scheduling.. I just like to get it done before I need to use the furnace. I was not use to having to contact you before the rush, but will remember that next year.

Never got called in August to schedule like in the past. Consequently the first appointment in early October had to be rescheduled because your tech was running really late. Took another 2 weeks to get another tech out to my house. Would appreciate you scheduling with me before the rush next time.. Like you have for the past 10 years... Thanks
