When our boiler suddenly died during last week’s chilly weather, we had the good fortune of being rescued by a very capable HALCO crew. Shelby was informative as well as thorough in performing the autopsy (& providing us with space heaters!), followed by Matt & John who thoughtfully laid out our options after carefully assessing our needs. And then the dream installation team arrived for removal and replacement. Jenni & Trevor were impressive in every way: well-organized, attentive to endless detail, and upbeat throughout a lengthy and demanding job. Their results also proved to be impressive, as they transformed our heating system from a jumbled mess into a tidy work of art. A huge thanks to this dedicated crew of HVAC experts!
