Not applicable. DJ did a quick diagnosis,hit the Reset and we were good. He checked the furnace and noticed no power to the condensate excess pump; reset the GFCI reset and got it working. All this in about ten minute, including putting "booties" on. Send this guy again if we have another out of heat problem; great Tech to represent you, Hal.
