Rob Hubner, the Home Comfort Consultant who visited our home could not have been more helpful. He checked all the areas we thought might be causing our problem and when he determined all were functioning properly, he diagnosed the cause as a problem with how our heating/cooling vents were positioned. He was able to reposition them during his initial visit so that heat would reach our guest room as needed. At all times, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He’s a credit to your organization.
