Troy Hess is the owner and founder of RapidDry Restoration & Insulation, serving homeowners and businesses throughout Western New York. As a local business owner, Troy has built his company around a straightforward philosophy: take care of people, do quality work, and stand behind what you do.
Over the years, Troy has grown RapidDry into a full-service restoration and home-services company specializing in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, insulation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, hardwood floor refinishing, and other services designed to protect and improve customers’ homes.
Troy takes a hands-on approach to the business and is continually looking for ways to improve the customer experience, invest in his team, and bring new services to the communities RapidDry serves. He believes customers deserve clear communication, dependable service, and a company they can trust when something goes wrong in their home.
