Janet Hess

Janet is a caring, compassionate person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making a positive difference in the lives of the people around her. As an owner of RapidDry Restoration & Insulation, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to the business and believes in treating customers with kindness, respect, and understanding during what can often be a stressful time.  Outside of work, Janet has a deep love for animals and life on her horse farm. Her farm is home to several horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats, an African Grey parrot, and some of her favorite companions—her Blue Heeler and French Bulldog. Horses have always held a particularly special place in her heart.  Janet is known for her gentle, easygoing personality and her desire to avoid confrontation whenever possible. She would much rather listen, understand, and find a solution that leaves everyone feeling respected.
