Comment: We have a finished room above the garage. The knee walls have small doors and I can see the daylight coming through- not air tight. Comment: Our family room has a 20' vaulted ceiling and the room is drafty. The draft seems to be coming from above. There are 20 recessed adjustable eyeball lights. The lights I can reach are cold to the touch and there is cold air coming around the light.
