Bill spent 28 years in the residential and light-commercial heating and air conditioning industry, both in new construction and remodels. During that time, he was an in-home sales representative with Sears Home Improvement, a sales representative for multiple HVAC companies, and an operations manager for multiple years. He also has his Associate's Degree from Chico State.
Bill has been certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Envelope Professional and Building Analyst, certified by the EPA for Type 1 & 2 Proper Handling of Refrigerant and has taken Rapport Leadership Training I & II.
