He is American Architectural Manufacturers Association “Window Installation Master” certified, ductless heat pump “Master Installer” certified, and a certified “Lead Renovator.” He has also been thoroughly trained and earned the “Certified Energy Management Consultant” and "Certified Energy Savings Specialist" titles through Dr. Energy Saver’s network.

Josh enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them uncover where their home loses energy, enabling them to get more out of their homes. When not working, Josh’s hobbies include fishing, boating, camping, snowboarding, and family time with his wife and two daughters.

Josh really made us feel like we were a priority. I know of 2 occasions where Josh made himself late for another appointment because he was working with us. Also, Josh & the staff did a great job by coordinating an electrical contractor that became necessary midway through the job due to an electrical water heater issue that nobody could predict. I also liked that I knew that I could call the owner at any time (and I did, twice). That is rare these days. Oh, and I really liked that Josh threw in (for free) the removal of an old, cast iron water heater that was in our attic. We never liked having that thing above our heads.

The level of attention that Josh put into the initial inspection surpassed any we received from other estimators. Your services are expensive, but worth the cost for ensuring our home has no moisture problems in the attic now going forward, and that we will have a higher comfort level inside. Other competitors just poked their head up through the access door, not really crawl around to examine the space itself, plus they didn't talk about air sealing at all.
