Mike discovered that a large duct had completely disconnected from its junction, took a photo for me, and put it back into place as a temporary fix, permitting me the opportunity to gather materials to make a secure permanent fix. Mike was superb in his explanations of maintenance to be performed, then outlined clearly all that had been done, assured me that all was well, and helped me on the path to making a critical repair to me home's HVAC connections!
