I have given your name to two other individuals already. I chose your company because I already have your Leaf Guard Gutters and I knew your company would respect the warranty and would not have a problem working with someone else to start the job and complete it in a timely manner. I also felt your salesman, Erik Rathgaber was very easy to talk to and honest. I have had bad experiences in the past. He said I would be satisfied and I am. He gave me a DVD about what would be done and your company. So helpful along with the guarantee is amazing and will transfer to a new owner, which could happen soon as I am up there in years. Never know. All in all am very pleased with the whole experience.

You were willing to take this job based on faith in a guy who'd just graduated from school and starting over in a new career. All I had that day was $100 for a deposit and you were under no obligation to make an exception in my case - but you did and I'm thankful for your work on my home!During the work, my water heater unexpectedly required replacement (to qualify for the federal rebate) and Eddie not only facilitated my contact with Randy Pope of Gerrit's Plumbing, but he helped me gain the financing for the project. Eddie went above and beyond in a way that earned a customer for his employer AND for a vendor he recommended. Jarred was reliable and great. Felt very confident with him in charge. They found several things wrong with the roof. One I could fix before the insulation was installed. Another will be fixed soon. I'm so glad they pointed it out. Insulation prep was top notch... never seen better and I've seen a lot of construction work!
