The roof on this Multi-Family home in Hartford was having issues with leaking. Not only the main roof but also the rear porch needed to be torn off and replaced. The old shingles were hauled away to be recycled and the new Duration Estate Gray was installed in its place.
This ranch-style home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roof material, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed flashing tape to all joints on the entire roof deck, in accordance with the new building code requirements. We also installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we removed and replaced chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
