New roof installed on main house and garage. This project included installing a new vent for the bathroom exhaust and new gutter guards. 

Located in the center of Durham, CT, the home owners of this beautiful home called Klaus Larsen concerning an issue with the roof. After tearing off one layer of shingles, the Klaus Larsen team replaced all of the damaged plywood and new shingles, in the color, estate grey, all around the home. New lead flashing was replaced on the chimney. This home is definitely ready to be quite the attraction in the center of town!
