We installed a brand new ridge vent to ensure consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. Roof Replacement in Late Winter - Pawcatuck, CT

Upon inspecting this Pawcatuck house, we noticed water leaking in through the attic. There was heavy snow blanketing the home, which was aggravating a preexisting fault in the roof. Armed with shovels, we got to work and it was out with the old, in with the new. We also installed a solar fan, to improve ventilation and reduce any issues in the future. Roofing the Baptist Church of Lebanon, CT

Here was a historic building that has been presiding over the Lebanon Town Green for well over a century – The Lebanon Baptist Church. Its roof was in dire need of reparation, and Klaus Larsen was eager to take on the job. This project was unique in how we installed a complete new 1/2" CDX plywood deck over the existing structural framing, which created a vented roof deck sandwich (plywood, ISO boards and furrings). We are honored to be among the craftsman that have contributed to the preservation of this town's history.
