Here was a project we accomplished in West Hartford, CT. Extra care was taken to keep the exterior of this home looking clean. Give us a call and we'll give you the attention that has become synonymous with the Klaus Larsen name.
This single family home in West Hartford, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier to protect the home form outside moisture. For the asphalt shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Harvard Slate. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This single-family home in Granby, CT was in need of new siding and trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing to handle the job. We started by removing the one layer of existing siding. We then wrapped the entire house in Tyvek synthetic house wrap and taped all seams. We installed Mastic Carved Wood 44 Siding in the color Quiet Willow. We installed Mastic lineal trim around all doors and windows. We finished by installing a Vinyl soffit beadboard to match the siding in the entryway ceiling. This house is now looking its best, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Here we have a home in Tarrifville that needed a new roof but also had another major issue. The chimney was damaged and needed to be completely rebuilt from the roof up. Not only did the roof and chimney need to be replaced but the project needed to be done before the end of the month. A chimney problem usually isn't something a roofer will usually handle and cab delay the project for weeks. Hiring a contractor who has expertise in both will keep the project short and simple. The entire project was completed in one day.
