       This homeowner had severe roof damage from a Midwest storm that came through in mid-December. The homeowner had their tin roof completely ripped off, and their insulation blew away as well. Klaus Roofing Systems by Green Factor was able to get out the next week to blow insulation in and completely replace the roof all in one day. 

This customer had hail damage and was in need of a full roof replacement. They reached out to their insurance company and their insurance company contacted us to get the job done!

This customer had an ongoing leak in her roof for about a year. Last year, 3 different companies came out to assess the leak and gave her different answers about what was causing the leak. She called us to see where we thought it came from. Unlike other companies, our roofing inspector got into the attic and found a leak in a valley on the roof. Finally, this customer was able to have relief knowing that the dreaded leak had been found and fixed!
