Deck Handicap Ramp Built in Alto, MI

“When our son got hurt in an accident we had to have a wheelchair ramp built for him to get in and out of the home. The old deck was settling and made from plywood and sitting at 2 levels, it was a combination of cement and treated lumber and was not accessible to wheel chairs at all. Infinity Home Improvement built a beautiful new ramp and treated deck all at the house main level floor. Treated railing around the deck with stair access off one side and a wheel chair ramp off the other side.“

New custom look deck

Customers needed to have their deck updated. The framework and most of the
deck were still in good condition. We removed and replaced a dozen deck boards that had become rotten we power washed, stripped, and stained the original deck to prepare for the new stain. We then added Sherwin William’s solid color deck stain to give their deck a new and

custom look the customer was looking for.

Treated wood deck in Clarksville, MI

The Customers original deck was sagging and rotting. They reached out to Infinity Home Improvement through Home advisor. Within a day or two they sent Tina out to provide a estimate on replacing the deck.

We decided to remove the siding walls, reinforced the foundation, replaced all the rotting floor joists, built new walls below the new decking and covered with the customers’ existing siding.

Installed new 1x4 tongue and grove roof decking to match the architectural look the customer wanted, added new 2x2 treated spindle railing and added all new treated support posts to support the existing roof.
