Attic Mold in White Lake, MI

We were called into our customers home do to a heavy mold odor, very noticeable in the upstairs of the home. After our attic inspection we definitely found mold on the sheathing boards and trusses but we also found a very hot attic. The intake ventilation was clogged and this attic was unable to breathe properly. We came in and cleaned the attic with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all soffit vents and added DuroVent duel baffles to the rafter vents. This attic now is cleaned and healthy.

Attic Mold in Commerce Township, MI

Mold discovered by an inspector.  Mold was remediated by our company using RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold.

Our customer was having shingles replaced on his roof and the contractor let the customer know there is mold in his attic. Our company was called into remediate the attic mold. We used product Mold X2 and Mold X2 botanical products. We also cleared the soffit and added all new DuroVent Baffles for corrective action. The sheathing was easily cleaned and didn't need replacement.

Insulation in Pontiac, MI

Our customers home had little to no insulation on the attic floor along with some other problems in the attic. Once the other problems were addressed our company came in with a solution for our customer. We first removed all the insulation then disinfected the attic for there were signs of bat guano throughout. Afterwards we air sealed and placed all new baffles. Once the prep work was completed, we blown in to a Energy Star Rated Cellulose Insulation to resistance of R60. The homeowner is pleased his attic is clean sealed and Energy Efficient.

Attic Mold in Perry, MI

Our customers home is for sale and a inspection showed mold in the attic. There is a pending sale so our customer was happy we could take care of this remediation in a timely manner. The bathroom fan was not exiting out of the attic causing a higher humidity of mold. We added a duct connection and exited this bathroom fan ducting out a roof can. Once the remediation is completed we also cleared all soffit vents of debris and insulation and added new baffles to help this attic breathe properly. Our customer was happy not to loose his sale and the new homeowner now has a clean attic.
