Our customer purchased their home knowing the inspection called for suspicious substance on the sheathing and trusses in the attic space. TCI came in and inspected the attic and found mold due to inadequate ventilation. Our company came in and cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffit vents of debris and insulation and added all new rafter venting for a correction action. Our customer was happy knowing his family's health was safe and his attic was heathy too.

Our customer was in the process of selling their home and the inspection report stated a mold like substance was found in the attic. Our company came in and cleaned the attic mold with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared the soffit vents and add new duel baffles to correct the ventilation. The sale proceeded and both parties were happy with the expedient process.

Our customers home was on the market for sale and a buyers inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing & trusses of the attic space. Our company was hired to remediate and fix the ventilation. We came in and removes all Baffles from the eaves and cleared out any debris from the soffits vents. After this we sprayed Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical product to clean the mold. Once spraying was completed we added all new DuroVent duel wide baffles for a corrective measure for the ventilation. This home went on to be sold and both buyer and seller were very happy with our quick response on availability.

After doing some electrical in the attic our homeowner called us in to remediate his attic was covered in mold. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 botanicals to remove any staining and mold from the attic sheathing.

During the discovery inspection for mold, we found that the attic space was under-insulated. We topped off the insulation with our stabilized blown-in cellulose insulation to fill in.  This brought their attic insulation R-Value to Michigan standards.
