We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products and cleared soffits of debris and insulation then added new rafter baffles to correct. Moldy Sheathing & Corrected Ventilation In Oakland, MI

The sheathing in our customers attic was very severe, very visible and all due to improper ventilation.  There are different types of ventilation that work together to take air in and let air flow out, if any part of the air flow process isn't working then the attic won't breath and moisture can begin to create mold.  Here we were able to correct the ventilation, spray treat the mold and since we were there, the customer wanted to air seal the attic floor as well as insulate with blown-in cellulose.  Now the home is mold-free, the attic breathing appropriately and with the air sealing and insulation will be energy efficient!
