Myke brings over 15 years of professional sales experience—and more than four decades of nurturing strong interpersonal relationships—to his role as a Design Specialist at DBS. His methodical approach, keen attention to detail, and natural curiosity make him exceptionally effective at identifying each homeowner’s unique needs and designing permanent solutions tailored to their property.

Since joining DBS, Myke has completed rigorous training in Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Repair, equipping him with the technical expertise to accurately diagnose structural and moisture-related issues. His previous experience in the construction industry further enhances his ability to deliver informed, effective recommendations. Myke is passionate about the DBS mission and takes pride in helping families create homes that are safe, stable, and comfortable for years to come.

Central to Myke’s approach is his genuine care for others. He prioritizes listening before advising, ensuring homeowners feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the process. His thoughtful communication style builds trust and results in lasting, meaningful relationships with the customers he serves.

Outside of work, Myke enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching football, and playing games with his brothers. If given the chance to have dinner with any fictional character, he would choose Ted Lasso—for his ability to offer perspective without judgment, and of course, to talk sports.
