The major issue with dirt-floor crawl spaces is that they attract and absorb moisture. Once the dirt dries, it causes humidity levels to rise dramatically, which can then lead to mold and mildew issues.
As you can see, they were all over the basement!
After that, we installed bird spikes on the utility pipes. Bird spikes are a physical deterrent that will prevent the nuisance birds from landing on these areas. Preventing them from landing on these areas is an important and crucial step in bird deterrence. The bird spikes offer an effective and humane deterrent for all nuisance birds.
After that was completed we applied a knockdown aerosol product to every single crack, crevice, appliance, and baseboard throughout the kitchen. This product flushes the cockroaches out of hiding, into the growth regulator, and rapidly neutralizes them.
We're going to inject a residual dusting application in every single one of the digger bee mounds and apply a granular bait throughout the area.
The termites will continue to go about their business and come in contact with the termiticide. They will then bring it back to their nest and transfer the treatment throughout their colony.
We treated the nest with a knockdown aerosol product and a knockdown dusting application. These treatments are designed to quickly eliminate the yellow jackets.
We temporarily enclosed the area off and installed a custom one-way device over the main access point. This will allow the birds to safely leave the area but prevent them from getting back in.
