Harold worked on my Air Conditioning system which would not turn on after an unscheduled RG&E power outage today and after your electrical repairman advised that he was hesitant to work on the a/c unit.  He recommended we schedule another service call with a HVAC technician. Harold was the HVAC technician who arrived.  He was polite, systematic in his trouble shooting of the system he found the problem got a new transformer for the motherboard of the air handling system, the old transformer by the smell appeared to be burnt, I suspect from a power surge when the RG&E turned the power back on. I now have operating air conditioning which is essential for my wife who has difficult breathing with high humidity because of radiation numismatist as a result of aggressive cancer treatment. Harold Rodgers is an excellent technician who worked professionally through the entire troubleshooting and repair process. Please recognize Harold's performance as he is a fine representative of HALCO and it is because of technician's like him, that I have been a customer for many years.
