This is a response to the survey that was left several hours ago by Steve A from your heating division who was here to perform my yearly service. He does not say a lot but he was certainly professional and knows his business. That is what I expect from your company and is why I use you. All of your people have been great. At the end he offered to test the CO levels from my gas stove. The oven portion has not been lighting all of the time and it did not this time. I explained I was going to fix it myself if possible after he explained that you people do not do stoves. He then took the time to answer all of my questions and pointed out the part that I need to replace. I was going to do it anyway, but he saved me a lot of time and effort researching what to do and even showed me the ignite. I have determined that it is well within my skill level to perform this myself and I really appreciate his help. Yes, I will continue to use your company and would most certainly tell others about your excellent service.
