Hello. We had our new furnace installed yesterday by Josh and two other young men. We wanted to say how happy we were with everything.  Our experience meeting with George for the estimate was a great indicator of your company’s value on professionalism and politeness. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Frankly, finding an estimator who isn’t pushy, rude, and always after the upsell; who works with you to get you exactly what you want?!... It’s a novelty and a true pleasure. He put us at ease and has been consistently reachable, answering questions and concerns in a timely fashion. (Also a novelty when dealing with estimators). I’ve worked on a variety of crews from construction to wood-stove installation so I have a good idea of what can and does occur on a job site. From dealing with clients to working (more often than not) with nudniks in a crew. I’ve seen it all. Whoever is doing the hiring there has a gift. All three crew guys were outstanding! They worked cohesively as a team, there were no slackers. To be sure the job was done in time, they ate on the fly... like I said, I’ve worked crews, most dawdle and are done on the 8th hour. These young men stayed on, working diligently to be sure we had our furnace in. To boot, ALL three did a check pass of the site to be sure it was cleaned up and in order. UNHEARD OF! They were considerate, friendly, and kept me abreast of things (like gas being off). They were very cautious of our home and treated it with the utmost respect. Seldom do workers treat the clients home this well. These guys treated it like they were in their grandmothers house.  (My friends don’t close the doors that gently! Lol.) I would ask that this message be shared with the owner and with the crew, they all should know we are very thankful. Too often workers only hear when they screw up or if clients kvetch. These gentlemen, including George, went the extra mile and deserve recognition. I hope this note is remembered when making future considerations regarding all four gentlemen.   We will be singing your companies praises to all who will hear. I know we’ve already got two more fellow teachers to sign up with you.    Thank you again for everything. Simply outstanding! 

I’ve never had a service check from Halco in 15 years of association as thorough and complete as the one I had yesterday. I saw maintenance performed that no other tech ever did. The two men that were sent should be commended and I hope I’m fortunate enough to get this team again. If you’d like further commentary, please feel free to contact me.

Dear Halco Staff – Yesterday I was in dire need of assistance. My a/c unit in the MBR was leaking – all over. I know your schedule was packed yesterday, but somehow you were able to send help. Travis was polite and efficient. Thank you so very much! Yesterday was Monday. Two days prior, on Saturday, I had a service call to check on the boiler and a/c units. Everything was fine when the serviceman left. Mark was also polite and efficient. Thank you for all of your help.

Jacob is a lovely young man, very focused, diligent, thorough. I am VERY pleased with him and with Halco. Thank you very much.

Eric McConnell did an amazing job. He was very informative and helpful. We look forward to future service from your company and ask that Eric be part of that future work, thank you.

Dear Halco, Technicians Mike P. and Brad W. just completed a service call at my house. Wow! I found them to be polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Their customer service approach was “top shelf” in every measure. They were great ambassadors for Halco! BTW- I have found this to be true in all the Halco techs that I have encountered. Thank You!

Steve S, the technician who assisted me with my furnace issue, was very thorough and tactful,  pointing out to me that I had caused the problem of my furnace not responding to my thermometer settings by covering the perimeter of the programmable thermostat with masking tape while painting the surrounding wall.  He also suggested a visit by a Halco plumber to address issues I am having with inadequate hot water pressure in my bathroom sink and shower.  I'm expecting the plumber today.     I call Halco because they can be relied on to show up and give excellent, prompt service. 

Steve & the other technicians from Halco have done a great job for us and been very helpful & kind also.

Steve, Dan & Jeff were extremely professional & knowledgeable about our whole project - And what's more, they were great guys!

Hey my name is Geanelle and I would just like to say that all of your employees are so amazing. I'm not sure who was in charge of the hiring process but they hired some really nice individuals. I had 2 guys David and Travis come to my house last week Friday the 17th to do my insulation they were so amazing, they covered all of our stuff, they did a really great job, and their work was very neat and precise. I even found David sweeping my carpet upstairs because there was some debris, I said dude you don't have to do that with a broom we have a vacuum I got it, he said are you sure I said yeah he still got up 90% then he said he didn't want to leave a mess. While David was upstairs cleaning Travis was downstairs sweeping my basement floor. They took out all the trash and they did amazing work, those 2 are such a good team, they work so well together never break them up please they belong together. The guys I had set up my furnace and hot water heater were great. Also I left a very nice review on this company and if I'm able to leave another one I sure will, plus I will be doing all my heating and cooling business with you guys from here on out. I will highly recommend this company to any and everyone. These guys work hard and I told them they need a raise. They said Halco treats them very well. Because you treat your employees good it reflects in their work and amazing attitude and customer service skills. Thank you all for this amazing experience I have nothing bad to say at all. 

I write because soon it'll be a year that I've had my heat pump system. The insulation and new energy system have transformed my home.  I realized I'm living in the house of my dreams, just had to upgrade it a bit.  I spent the last three months renovating the interior, got a fabulous sink and dishwasher, threw out about 75% of my stuff, repainted the interior, installed LED lighting, turned the two 2nd floor front rooms into well-lit studios -- it's all so different -- beautiful, peaceful, a real sanctuary, every room fully functional.  At the heart of it, of course, is climate control.  Warm, cozy, and draft-free in the winter, cool and dry in the summer.  I remember how when we first met in my living room, both of us tried to talk with sweat just streaming.  Omg.  Apologies!! I love it here now.  Also, I would not be able to work from home without the AC, so thanks for that as well.  

All the work was done very well and all employees were very courteous.

I want to take a moment to thank the crew from Halco that came in did my blown insulation. I can’t express enough gratitude to amount to the amazing work your crew did. From the time they came in the door, they were so respectful, and they went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them all to the world. You have some amazing workers. They did a job that I can 100% say should’ve took a few days only took them one. Again, have an amazing crew and I thank you.
