This attic is just one part of a large larger project we did for this Binghamton, NY homeowner.

Along with spraying the attic roof, there was cellulose insulation blown in on the attic flat.  Everything was air-sealed.  The rim joist was sprayed with closed-cell foam.  The garage, basement, and walls were also insulated.  This homeowner will no longer have to worry about losing warm air in the winter or cool air in the summer.

Two inches of closed cell foam on the foundation walls plus a coat of thermal paint for safety and we have a vastly more comfortable space.  Spray Foam to the rescue once again!

This homeowner's attic needed some help.  The existing fiberglass insulation had not aged well and needed replacement.  Up to 4 inches of closed-cell spray foam was applied.  Along with air sealing the cracks and holes in every house where outside air gets in, it made a great improvement in the comfort and energy efficiency of the home.

The attic of this Endicott, NY home was in need of fresh insulation.

The first step was to air seal the attic.  Along with an open blow of 12 inches of cellulose insulation, we managed to make this home much more snug and comfortable

This is a new addition to a home in Binghamton, NY.

We insulated the exterior walls with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam and the ceiling with 3 inches.  The addition is now ready to be finished and enjoyed by the homeowner.
