This Port Crane, NY homeowner was happy with his home that he had, but wanted to get an estimate for us to spray foam his pole barn so he could utilize it year round. 

We sprayed 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam to the walls of the pole barn. This will allow the homeowner to be able to enjoy use of the pole barn year round.

These homeowners in Port Crane, NY wanted to improve their basements moisture issues. 

To help the homeowners be rid of their garage moisture issues, we proposed to spray foam the rim joists of the basement, as well as put 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam in the wall cavities of the basement for the homeowners to finish off with sheetrock. 

These homeowners in Port Crane, NY have a single story ranch home with an unfinished basement. The main concern for the customers was having airsealing done to the home so air wouldn't be entering and escaping the home. 

We proposed to begin with the attic space to airseal. We sealed gaps, around top plates, any wire penetrations and around light fixtures. We then blew 12 inches of our cellulose insulation on top. We also did the rim joists of the basement, and installed one of our SaniDry Sedona units to help keep the humidity under control.

This homeowner in Port Crane, NY was experiencing really cold floors in her mobile home. She tried rugs, but the floors were still very cold even wearing slippers in the winter. She was trying to figure out a resolution, so she gave our office a call and set up a free Home Comfort Evaluation. 

We found little insulation beneath the mobile home, and air was escaping into the skirting underneath and making the floors uncomfortable. We sprayed 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home, creating a seal the block the cold air from seeping in and making the floors uncomfortable.
