There was a crawl space in this home in Deposit, NY that needed insulation.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the foundation walls.  Along with other parts of the project, this will improve the comfort of the home and reduce drafts.

This home in Deposit, NY needed attic insulation.

After air sealing, 14 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  As a result, the home will now be more comfortable and more energy efficient.

The insulation in the attic of this home in Deposit, NY wasn't adequate.

First the existing insulation was removed.  The attic was then air sealed and 14 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  The attic will now be more comfortable and energy efficient as a result.

Side attics can be tricky, especially in cape cods. These areas are hard to insulate and are culprits of being very leaky which attributes to the large temperature change in the attic versus the rest of the home. These side attics specifically were inaccessible which meant that we needed to go in from the outside and make our own entrance. That is exactly what we did and now this attic is very well insulated and will help the homeowners be much more comfortable.
