Perimeter Drainage System Installed in Endicott, NY

This is a drainage system that our crew installed due to water collecting in the basement of the home, making the home more uncomfortable. The home has a concrete slab basement, and water would run down the walls. A perimeter was cut around the inside floors and perforated pipe was laid on all four sides, which would allow the water to go into (water follows the path of least resistance) as the pipes were connected directly into a Sump Pump which pumped the water to the outside drainage pipes shown here. A trench was dug, then covered back up to allow the drainage without ruining the yard.

Endicott, NY - TruSoft Cellulose Insulation

This home was discovered to have inadequate insulation in the attic space, causing the home to be quite cold in the winter months and extremely hot during the summer months. We air sealed the attic first, making sure to seal the rim joists, as well as top plates as needed. We then blew in 14 inches of TruSoft cellulose insulation into the attic space to provide a good blanket of insulation for this home. Chilly winters will be long forgotten, and the summer will be cooler indoors as well now that the attic has the proper insulation.

Endicott, NY - Spray Foam

This customer had a roof leak due to poor chimney flashing, and we had done the spray foam insulation prior. We came back to fix the damaged portion for the customer, spraying 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam into the exposed cavaties so they could be finished.

Endicott NY - Blown Cellulose Attic

This Endicott, NY home was lacking in attic insulation. Once we air sealed the rim joists and top plates to make sure air would not be escaping, we also used one part foam around light fixtures before installing our SilverGlo panels on the ceiling then open blowing our TruSoft cellulose insulation into the attic space.
