The owner of this Endicott, NY home uses his garage as a workshop.  It was too cold to work there in the winter.

We sprayed 2 inches of closed-cell foam on the garage's interior walls and 3 inches on the floor deck of the garage ceiling, improving the comfort level of his shop.  The homeowner was also very happy with how the foam looked and was pleased that he didn't have to sheetrock the area.

We started by removing the old insulation from the attic.  The attic was air sealed and rock wool insulation was applied to the chimney.  With the addition of blown-in cellulose insulation, the amount of conditioned air escaping through the attic was reduced dramatically.
