This customer was experiencing dampness in their basement due to a crack in the foundation. The Foundation Guys repaired this with Flexispan by re-patching the broken concrete. Another satisfied customer! 

Here we used our exclusive Smart Jack System to stabilize this home floors under the main beam of the home. 

Exterior crack is filled in and sealed so no water can come in and it will no longer spread throughout the foundation 

Before: 

Preparation for sump pump, Cleanspace Liner and WaterGuard installation. Concrete around the perimeter of the foundation walls is dug up to place WaterGuard, and a separate part is dug out to place sump pit. WaterGuard will catch any water that is pumped from the sump pump or that the Cleanspace Liner catches from the walls. 

After:

Waterproofing system is installed, CleanSpace liner catches moisture from the wall while Sump Pump pumps water from the beneath the basement floor, both drain into the WaterGuard and from there it flows down a pipe that leads outside the home
