Before and After of the installation of our patented CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System. Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn’t been properly sealed. The CleanSpace System totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry while making your home more healthier and more comfortable!

This home suffered from high heating bills and the homeowners suffered from allergies year round. Their allergies were actually worse when they were home for extended periods of time. You can see why. We installed our patented CleanSpace system along with a Zoeller pump and interior drains to manage the water issues.

This homeowner had done his research and he knew he wanted to encapsulate his crawlspace. He had been looking online and liked the CleanSpace System and wanted to fix it once and for all. We removed all of the nasty sagging insulation from the crawlspace, cleaned out all the debris and got it ready for CleanSpace. We then installed our 2 part vapor barrier system with drainage matting to ensure the moisture was under control. We added closed cell spray insulation to the foundation walls and of course, installed the worlds greatest dehumidifier, the SaniDry Sedona. Now this home is healthier, cleaner and much more comfortable!

 This crawlspace was truly a mess. The guys had a challenge stepping into this project. But, it came out beautifully and homeowners are ecstatic!

This customer in Albrightsville needed their old batt insulation removed along with mold removal in their attic. Our team removed the old insulation and properly air-sealed it We then installed TruSoft cellulose insulation while treating the mold with our MoldX2.
