Ed was wonderful! Very professional, didn't pressure a sale but gave true facts of product. This has been the best investment I have done to my home. I know in the long run it will pay for itself thru my high electric bills. Although Ed did not promise me my electric bill would go down. I will monitor it for the next year or so and let Ed know. I believe I will save money and I may not need to spend extra money on a separate heating source for the basement.
