"Carl, Ariel just left and it was an OUTSTANDING consultation.  I feel so much better. Most importantly, I feel so much better to ensure that everything is functioning well before the heat comes continuously.  You were right, the nozzle was not turned from winter to summer. I was not able to find it as it was high up.  There are two different nozzles.  One was turned and it made a huge difference  I took the temp without the air on at 4:30 am today and again at 8 am before Ariel came. He said that they did not have any photos after or before the work.  I have enclosed the two photos I had before the work was done which began the entire process with (HVAC company) and then the referral to you. I cannot thank you and Comfenergy enough. When you select a company, it is not just the work they do but whether they stand by it. Hey there,I wanted to let you know that both teams this week were great to work with. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and regularly gave us opportunities to check and see how things were going. They took lots of precautions to keep things clean in the house, and vacuumed well afterwards. I'm pretty sure the stairs are cleaner now than they were before your folks were here.In particular, the problems with our ceiling could have been an opportunity for unscrupulous contractors to upsell or take advantage of us. Instead, the leader of Wednesday's crew (I believe his name wasRobert) made calls to a several drywall contractors and found one who was available on Thursday. I really appreciate him being straightforward with us, and for making the connections that made it possible to complete the insulation job quickly.I'll be sure to let you know if we end up having any problems with the seal or insulation. But so far everything's gone about as well as we could've hoped, and I really appreciate how your teams worked this week.Jim

Just a quick note to let you know I had another wonderful experience with Marvin and his team today! Marvin, Kevin, Marco & Rafael worked non-stop today to get my attic room and the adjacent attic spaces ready for our upcoming 40 degree weather. I was dreading this project (due to all the clean-out prep I had to do beforehand) but the 4 gentlemen were a wonder to watch as their well-synchronized skills converted my 19+ year old attic insulation into a modern weather-tight abode. They were very accommodating with my assorted questions and picture taking too. I'll definitely be recommending Comfenergy on our neighborhood email list (350+ households).
