Making a workshop more comfortable and energy efficient in Apollo, PA 15613
Bill contacted us because his detached workshop was drafty, uncomfortable, and expensive to heat and cool. He wanted a space he could actually use year-round without the temperature swings.
Our team air sealed and insulated the attic space and installed a new insulated scuttle cover to prevent heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. By tightening up air leakage points, we created a more stable and efficient workspace.
Now, Bill enjoys a workshop that stays comfortable in every season, costs less to operate, and provides a much better environment for getting work done.
Steubenville Downspouts
Das was having a problem with water leaking into his basement when it would rain heavily. He called Home Environment Solutions to get help with a solution. Russ came out and immediately saw the problem. The gutter downspouts were causing the area around the foundation to become saturated.
The HES team came out and installed a LawnScape Well and Rain Chute to redirect the water away form the foundation and stop the water back up.
