We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. We finished by removing and replacing existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We were brought out to the Farmington Valley for this mighty Avon home. We tackled it just as we would any other job and it looks beautiful!
The roof on this Avon, CT home was experiencing very severe leaking, which was doing a great deal of damage to the upstairs ceiling. We started by tearing off both layers of the old roof and recycling the asphalt shingles. We covered the flat roof over the bathroom with Mile-Hide Mod Bit 1.5 flat roofing, and installed a VentSure ridge vent.
