This attic had a mold issue which the odor was becoming apparent in the living space.  Our company came in and remediated this attic with RMR-86 and RMR-141 products which remove the stain and mold.

Our customer called after he purchased a home and the Home inspection stated potential mold in the attic space. Once our assessment was completed our customer wanted TCI to remediated as soon as possible. We cleaned the encapsulated attic using Mold X2 products, we also cleared the soffit vents and added Rafter vents to help with the ventilation. His family now has a clean and healthy attic.

We were called to check an attic for home comfort.  Our customer had us top off this attic with new blown in stabilized cellulose insulation.  This blanket of top off insulation will add R value for more comfort in their home.

Inadequate ventilation in the attic.  Mold was found after inspection for a home sale.  We remediated the mold using RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold. Once we cleaned we also removed any debris in the soffits and installed all new duel baffles for proper ventilation.
