We were called to check an attic for home comfort.  Our customer had us top off this attic with new blown in stabilized cellulose insulation.  This blanket of top off insulation will add R value for more comfort in their home.

Inadequate ventilation in the attic.  Mold was found after inspection for a home sale.  We remediated the mold using RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold. Once we cleaned we also removed any debris in the soffits and installed all new duel baffles for proper ventilation.

Mold odor occurs in the home when no one is at home for days on end.  The customer had us out to evaluate the attic and our mold inspector found lots of mold in the homeowner's attic.  We came in and cleaned the mold using RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold from the attic.  We also cleared the soffits of debris and added all-new duel baffles for better ventilation.

Our customer called for a quote on air sealing and cellulose insulation for their attic space due to a cold home. The insulation has been removed, then we air sealed all the top and bond plate, wire and pipe penetration then new rafter vents added to the soffits. Afterwards cellulose was blown in to a R60 approximately 17". This attic is a Energy star rating that has helped lower energy bills as well as improve the overall comfort in the home.

Our homeowner was losing a lot of heat and paying to high of a energy bill and wanted his attic looked at. This attic had little to no insulation. We air sealed all wire penetrations and top plate to. Added all new cellulose insulation. Our homeowner is happy with the results.
