One of our Design Specialists visited the home to run a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist created a quote for our Basement Waterproofing System.

One of our crews came out to install our products. First, they installed our WaterGuard® french drain system around the perimeter of the basement to help collect water and drain it into a new sump pump that they installed. Then they installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier on the walls. The CleanSpace® will help collect runoff from the walls.

Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together, the team created trenches around the perimeter of the basement. The drain lines are then placed within. These drains collect the water intrusion from the floor joists and walls and transport it to the sump pump.

This foundation had deteriorated over time and was allowing water into the home through cracks in the walls and through the base of the foundation. The homeowner knew they needed a permanent solution fast or they would be facing much more expensive problems. With the help of our Specialist Henrik we proposed a solution that would secure the entire foundation permanently while waterproofing the most critically important sections at the same time. With the understanding and agreement of the homeowner we soon had our Foreman Casey installing a drian tile around the home with CleanSpace matting that allowed water to drain into the system which led to our our TripleSafe sump pump with a back-up pump and a second back-up pump which is battery powered. After the waterproofing system was in place Casey was able to add the PowerBraces to permanently secure the foundation and prevent further shifting from taking control of the basement walls. When completely this system gives the basement walls a much more clean and bright look and confidence is built in the basement walls when one sees the solid steal beams supporting every wall.
