We got tired of having our main office in the kitchen at our Duluth MN location. We decided to get rid of the kitchen cabinets and make it look like an actual office, complete with our basement finishing products. We installed our flooring, ceiling, and walls. The wall sconce is not one of our products, but we sure can get one for you!

Homeowners in Duluth, Minnesota were looking to make their basement a more enjoyable place to spend time. After hearing about us through the radio, they contacted DBS Residential Solutions and decided it was time to do something. Following a short informative phone call with Kelsey Anderson, the office manager, an appointment was set for System Design Specialists Henrick Makitalo to make a visit out to the home for a free no obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, Henrick gave a detailed estimate and explained the best possible solution to make the basement more comfortable. That same day an appointment was set up for the production crew to transform the basement. Foremen, Casey Healy and Jace Aili  with their crew came out to the home to install power braces in order to repair the cinder block wall. Then, the basement was finished using our patented basement finishing products.  The homeowner now enjoys a safe, comfortable, and dry basement.

The carpet that was previously installed in this basement had to be removed due to moisture concerns. The homeowner still wanted to have carpet in their basement but did not want to repeat their mistake. This basement was sectioned into perfectly sized rooms for bedrooms, play areas, and family spaces but the previous carpet had taken on moisture and was no longer creating a pleasant space.
