After thoroughly inspecting the leaky basement, Henrik designed a custom plan for a basement waterproofing system including a vapor barrier, and drain tile. 

DBS Foreman Dustin Behning and his crew installed our basement waterproofing products. First, they dug a trench around the perimeter of the basement and carried out the concrete. From there, they installed our WaterGuard® drainage system and surrounded it with gravel to encourage proper drainage. Finally the drain system was sealed in new concrete.

Our CleanSpace® vapor barrier was also installed on the basement walls. This durable poly sheeting is anto-microbal and is designed to collect moisture and direct it into the drain system below.
