Before, this crawlspace in Hackensack, MN, was musty, cluttered, and a bit scary. After a call with our Appointment Center, a free, no-obligation inspection was set up with Design Specialist Mike. As captured in the after photo, we transformed this problematic space using CleanSpace© technology. Thanks to our production team, led by Foreman Dane, the encapsulation system now makes everything look neat, clean, and most importantly, dry. 

In Hackensack, MN, a homeowner contacted us with concerns about a damp, musty crawl space that had developed over time. The excess moisture had begun to impact air quality and raise concerns about long-term use. During the project, our team installed sister joists to reinforce deteriorated wood and treated affected areas with Mold-X2 to address existing mold staining. We then encapsulated the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace® vapor barrier and installed a SmartSump® system to actively manage water intrusion.
