Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed 2 HelixPro®helical piers underneath the structure of the sunroom to permanently stabilize it. Helical piers are installed by using heavy machinery to drive the steel piers deep beneath a structure until they reach soil that is strong enough to support the weight of the structure. 

The homeowners can now comfortably enjoy their sunroom without worrying about it sinking further into the soil.

This homeowner in Wayzata, MN had noticed their floors had become bouncy and were sagging. The support beams that had been previously installed were installed incorrectly, so the owner reached out to DBS to help with this unfortunate situation.

Design Specialist Jason Swanson assisted the owner with a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, our SmartJack® Support System was recommended and a quote was provided. 

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from Rowan Wentworth. The team was able to successfully remove the existing beams and replace them with the DBS solution. Our jack solution is able to fully support the structure and can be adjusted in order to lift and level the floors.
