Design Specialist James Miller went out to run a free estimate appointment for the homeowner. After taking several measurements and photos, he created a quote for our Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System.

Foreman Fred Bozay led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchors along the wall to permanently stabilize the foundation.

This homeowner in Saint Louis Park, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing the failing foundation wall in their garage. Built in 1995, the block foundation began shifting, prompting the concrete slab to crack as well. Wanting to avoid further damage to protect the integrity of the home for years to come, they contacted DBS.

Our Design Specialist James Miller visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the homeowner's project. It was determined that both foundation repair and concrete support systems were needed to provide a permanent solution going forward.

DBS Foreman Jose Valenzuela and crew excavated the exterior of the home in order to perform a lift procedure. Our team installed 7 push piers total at the base of the home on the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers were then hydraulicaly driven into the ground to weight-bearing soils. The weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil.

After this was completed, our concrete repair team came in to fill gaps and voids beneath the garage slab with PolyLevel®. Once the slab was lifted and leveled, our team installed NexusPro™ to seal and protect the cracks in the concrete. 

The homeowners can now rest easy knowing their home's garage is protected from further foundation damage.

Foreman Cobi Stokes led the installation of this project. These steel i-beams are fastened to the joists of the floors and ceiling and are able to permanently stabilize the walls. They can also be adjusted in order to straighten the wall back to its original position. This homeowner can now relax knowing their home is stable and supported.
