Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Our SmartJack® System was used to permanently stabilize and lift the foundation of the boathouse. This system works by driving piers deep into the earth until bedrock is hit, which offers permanent stabilization. 

Foreman, Kevin Steffey, and his production crew installed the support systems and these homeowners can now enjoy their boathouse for years to come without fear of it sinking or becoming unstable!

Foreman Tyler Nacey led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 2 helical piers underneath the supporting posts of the overhang to provide permanent stabilization to it. 

Now that the overhang has been stabilized, the homeowner can relax without worry on their front porch.
